  I have never had bad food here but I can't say the same about the service. First, the food is great. It's real burgers made right in front of you as they have an open kitchen. Second, the service is terrible. If you looking to stand in line for a long time and then wait even longer for your food to be ready then this is the place. Also not uncommon to get your order messed up.
